Sore throat ?


Recipe 1: Cayenne Pepper Honey Lemon tea

Bring about 1 cup of water to a boil. Add about a half-teaspoon cayenne pepper (or less if sensitive to spice) to the water. Continue to boil for several minutes, then remove from heat. Add about 2 tsp. honey and the juice of 1/2 a lemon (about 2 tsp.) Stir well, and drink when at a tolerable temperature. 4 cups a day is suggested.

Recipe 2: Apple Cider Vinegar Gargle

Mix water and apple cider vinegar at a ratio of 1 tsp. vinegar to 2 Tbs. water. Gargle every hour, swallowing afterward.

Recipe 3: Salt Water Gargle

Mix 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt in a glass of warm water. Gargle every couple hours, spitting out when finished.
