Approximately 4000 chemical substances have been identified in cigarette smoke, about 400 of them are harmful to the human body, more than 40 of them may cause cancers.

Herbal therapies to quit smoking are not restricted with herbal smoking or herbal drugs or gadgets.
There is another important therapy namely herbal tea. Herbal tea works differently when compared with other therapies. Herbal tea gradually reduces your urge for smoking and at one point of time makes you feel that cigarettes are not worth it.

Herbal tea consists of lot of natural substance that keeps you fresh and strengthens your nerves. They also fight against the harmful elements injected into the body as a result of cigarette smoking.

Besides they also remove the poisonous chemicals deposited in the body through smoking. This also helps you to overcome respiratory problems caused by smoking. It is very easy to convince smokers to consume herbal teas because by and large any smoker has the habit of taking tea.

What is Eczema?

Eczema is a term used for a group of skin conditions having several things in common: dryness, itching, inflammation and thickening of skin, and recurrence.

What Causes It?
Nobody knows exactly why some people are affected by these rashes and others with the same exposure aren’t.

Those with atopic dermatitis often have non-skin allergies (like hay fever and asthma) but their rashes aren’t caused by skin allergies.

On the other hand, those with contact dermatitis do have true skin allergies, but usually not other allergic problems like someone with atopic dermatitis.

Contact dermatitis occurs at all ages, whereas atopic dermatitis is most often a problem in kids. Hand dermatitis is caused by skin irritants such as detergents or chemicals.

Dry (chapped) skin occurs because of lack of water in the stratum corneum (see diagram).

If your skin surface doesn’t have enough oil, there’s more evaporation of water which contributes to the dryness.

Upper Back Pain Treatment - Ice and Heat Therapy

Early treatment is important to speed healing and recovery.

Ice therapy for the first few days followed by moist heat can help relieve symptoms.

Store-bought ice products, ice cubes, or simply a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel can be applied 20 minutes every 4-6 hours.

Moist heat therapy can begin after 2-3 days of icing.

To prevent burns, wrap the heat source in a towel, and remove heat before sleeping.

Punctured store-bought packs should be discarded because the chemical gel can burn skin.

Soy foods reduce sperm numbers ??

A new study shows that a regular diet of even modest amounts of food containing soy may halve sperm concentrations.
Th scientists found 41 million fewer sperm per millilitre of semen after just one portion every two days.
Those news are not new , animal studies have suggested that large quantities of soy chemicals in food could affect fertility, but other studies looking at consumption in humans have had contradictory findings.
