Bad skin food

As long as fruit is eaten without fat (no nuts, no nut butters, no oils, no butter) the sugar in the fruit doesn't linger in the bloodstream ,  it is immediately used by cells for energy.

Fat eaten with sugar hinders the ability of a cell to absorb the sugar. 


Eating fruit is one of the best things you can do for your skin as it is hydrating and packed with nutrients. 


It's probably not a good idea to get a science lesson from a skin care 'expert'.
