Pimples ? Wash your face !!

I don't know if you got rid of your acne by now.

I'm 35, i've had acne since 15, and nothing works eighter.

Best recommandation : wash your face ALL the time.

Your face should normally be oily.

You don't want that oil, just wash it away when it appears, and things should be a little better, but not perfect.

My foot odor ...

The reason for foot odor are sweat-eating bacteria.

It starts when bacteria become attracted to the sweat on your feet and start feeding on it.

Our foot has over 250,000 sweat glands in it , and produces over a pint of sweat a day so there's a lot for the bacteria to eat.

Much worse are shoes and socks which trap the sweat on your skin.

Now the bacteria have their favorite kind of environment : dark and damp, causing them to go into a feeding frenzy.

Some tips to reduce foor odor :

Always wear clean socks.

It is even recommended you change sock throughout the day.

Wash your feet with anti-bacterial soap.

This won't lessen the sweat, but it will kill bacteria.

Give a pair of shoes 24 hours to air out after every wearing.

The sweat will evaporate.

Avoid restrictive shoes like, boots.

Well-ventilated shoes whisk away sweat.

Wear socks made of absorbent materials, like cotton.

The sock will soak up the sweat leaving the bacteria nothing to feed on.

Apply antiperspirant to you feet.

Milk cows or Soy beans ?

Judging by the dairy case at the supermarket, ever-increasing numbers of Americans are settling back with tall, cool glasses of Not-Quite-Milk.

Soy, rice, and lactose-free products occupy as much shelf space as, or more than, regular ol' cow juice.

Recent concerns about the artificial growth hormones used in many dairy cows have increased the audience for ersatz milk beyond vegans, vegetarian eco-hippie types, those with milk allergies, and the lactose-intolerant.
A baby under one-year-old should be drinking neither soy milk nor cow's milk, but rather should be drinking breastmilk or a formula that can be either soy based or dairy based.

Most pediatricians recommend a dairy based formula for infants because it more closely matches breastmilk. Both formulas will provide comparable nutrition because they are required to meet strict government standards regarding nutrient levels.

The Truth About Back Pain

There are many different reasons that people have back pain but the most usual reason is poor posture.
If a person constantly sits or stands incorrectly, a sore back is often the outcome.
We were often told by our parents to "sit or stand up straight" as children and they were correct. For a person that has had poor posture their entire lives, eventually their joints damage and start wearing out.
Unfortunately, the back pain caused by this is as severe as a person that had an accident.
There are other causes of back pain and understanding them helps us to avoid or deal with back pain.

If your back pain is persistent then it is time to see a doctor.
The doctor will be able to run tests to find out why you are in pain and the different treatments available to bring you relief from this pain. Usually for less severe back problems, within two weeks of starting treatment, there will be relief from the pain.
